1. Our Ethical Principles
We expect all suppliers and partners to operate in line with the following principles:

2. Labour and Human Rights
Suppliers must:
- Prohibit all forms of forced labour, modern slavery, and child labour
- Provide safe, clean and healthy working conditions
- Pay fair wages and meet legal minimums for hours, benefits and breaks
- Respect freedom of association and collective bargaining
We expect full compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
3. Anti-Bribery and Corruption
Suppliers must:
- Not offer or accept bribes or facilitation payments
- Avoid conflicts of interest in business decisions
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Report any suspected unethical activity affecting Braier Group
Compliance with the UK Bribery Act 2010 is required.
4. Environmental Impact
Suppliers should:
- Strive to reduce carbon emissions, energy use, waste and water consumption
- Avoid the use of environmentally harmful materials where possible
- Align with Braier Group’s commitment to sustainable digital services, including green hosting and ethical design practices
5. Data Protection and Confidentiality
Suppliers must:
- Comply with the UK GDPR and relevant data protection laws
- Protect any personal or client data shared during projects
- Notify Braier Group immediately of any data breach or security issue
6. Diversity and Inclusion
We value diversity across all levels of our supply chain. Suppliers are expected to:
- Provide equal opportunity in employment and advancement
- Prevent discrimination on the basis of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, religion, sexual orientation or other protected characteristics
7. Subcontracting and Transparency
Suppliers must:
- Disclose use of subcontractors or outsourcing that may affect project quality or compliance
- Ensure all third parties adhere to this Code of Conduct
- Be transparent about their supply chains when requested
8. Monitoring and Compliance
Braier Group reserves the right to:
- Request information or documentation to verify compliance
- Conduct supplier assessments or audits if necessary
- Terminate relationships with suppliers found to be in serious breach of this policy
We prefer to work collaboratively with suppliers to address issues and improve practices where possible.
